BPC-157 is a synthetic pentadecapeptide, a 15-amino-acid sequence (Gly-Glu-Pro-Pro-Pro-Gly-Lys-Pro-Ala-Asp-Asp-Ala-Gly-Leu-Val) derived from a partial sequence of a gastric protein. Its proline-rich backbone gives it notable stability in aqueous solution, which is why it is frequently used as a model peptide in stability and in-vitro studies. Its CAS registry number is 137525-51-0.
This listing supplies 10 mg of BPC-157 as a lyophilised powder, with a stated purity of 99.32% by HPLC. Store sealed at -20 °C, protected from light and moisture. For laboratory handling, allow the sealed vial to reach room temperature before opening to limit condensation. Reconstitute according to your validated protocol using an appropriate sterile diluent, such as bacteriostatic water, added slowly down the vial wall; swirl gently rather than shaking. Reconstituted material is normally kept at 2–8 °C and aliquoted to avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles.
In the box: one sealed glass vial containing 10 mg of BPC-157, closed with a rubber stopper and flip-off cap and labelled with the PeptiSource batch reference, plus one sealed 3 ml vial of bacteriostatic water. Batch documentation is available on request. For Research Use Only: supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research.
