Terms of Supply
1. Research use only
All materials listed by PeptiSource are supplied strictly for laboratory and scientific research purposes. Materials are supplied exclusively for research applications.
2. Purchaser responsibility
The purchaser confirms that materials will be handled by qualified personnel in an appropriate laboratory environment and in compliance with all applicable local laws, institutional policies and safety requirements.
3. No guidance on use
PeptiSource does not provide dosing, administration, reconstitution or treatment guidance of any kind. Requests for such information cannot be answered.
4. Enquiries and quotations
Prices are quoted in UAE Dirham (AED) per sealed research vial and provided on request. A submitted enquiry constitutes a request for quotation and does not create a binding contract until confirmed in writing.
5. Storage and handling
Materials are dispatched under controlled conditions. Responsibility for correct storage and handling transfers to the purchaser on receipt.
6. Limitation of liability
PeptiSource accepts no liability for any use of supplied materials outside of laboratory research contexts.
