Shipping Policy
How PeptiSource prepares, ships and tracks research material orders.
1. Order processing
Orders are reviewed and prepared on working days (Monday to Saturday), excluding UAE public holidays. Orders are normally packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days of confirmation. Orders placed after business hours are processed on the next working day.
2. Delivery areas
We ship within the United Arab Emirates. Deliveries outside the UAE are handled case by case and only where the destination permits the lawful import of laboratory research materials — please contact us before ordering.
3. Shipping methods and timing
Shipments are sent by courier. Typical delivery within the UAE is 1–3 working days after dispatch. Timeframes are estimates provided by the courier and are not guaranteed.
4. Shipping charges
Shipping charges, where they apply, are confirmed with your order before payment. Cash on Delivery orders may be subject to a courier collection fee, which will be confirmed in advance.
5. Packaging and handling
Materials are supplied in sealed vials and packed to protect them in transit. Where cold handling is appropriate, insulated packaging is used. Responsibility for correct storage transfers to the recipient on delivery.
6. Tracking
Once your parcel is collected by the courier, tracking details are sent to the email address supplied with the order. If you have not received tracking details within two working days of confirmation, contact us and we will follow up.
7. Delays
Courier delays, customs inspection, weather and public holidays can affect delivery. We will keep you informed of any delay we are made aware of, but we cannot control courier timelines.
8. Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. Parcels returned or delayed because of an incorrect, incomplete or unattended address may incur a re-delivery charge. Address changes can only be made before dispatch.
9. Restrictions
Materials are supplied strictly for laboratory and scientific research purposes. We may decline or cancel a shipment where a destination, recipient or intended use is not consistent with research supply, or where local law does not permit delivery.
