Returns & Refund Policy
What can be returned, how to report a problem, and how refunds are handled.
1. Sealed research materials are non-returnable
Because the materials we supply are sensitive to temperature, light and handling, and because their integrity cannot be verified once they leave our control, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or orders that have been delivered and accepted.
2. Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, with a broken seal, or containing an item different from what was confirmed, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Keep the vial, the outer packaging and the shipping label as supplied.
3. How to report an issue
Email research@peptisource.ae with your order number, the item concerned, and clear photographs of the outer packaging, the seal and the vial. We will review the report and respond with the outcome.
4. Resolution
Where a report is accepted, we will either replace the affected item on the next available dispatch or refund the amount paid for that item. The resolution offered depends on stock availability and is confirmed with you before it is actioned.
5. Refund conditions
Refunds are issued only for items we have accepted as damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied, or for orders cancelled by us before dispatch. Shipping charges already incurred are not refundable unless the entire order was our error.
6. Processing times
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 working days of approval. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are arranged by bank transfer to details you provide. The time your bank or card issuer takes to post the funds is outside our control.
7. Cancellations
An order may be cancelled without charge at any time before it has been dispatched. Once a parcel has been collected by the courier it cannot be cancelled.
8. Unreturnable circumstances
We cannot accept a return or issue a refund where the seal has been broken, where the material has been stored outside the stated conditions, where the item has been transferred to a third party, or where an issue is reported more than 48 hours after delivery.
